Where are the products made?

The products are made in my domestic kitchen.

Do the baked goods contain allergens?

Each product on my website will have their ingredients listed. However, as mentioned above, I make the baked goods in my domestic kitchen. This means that there is a possibility there will be trace of allergens (celery, cereals containing gluten , crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, and tree nuts) in the baked goods even though they are not listed in the ingredients.

How well do they last?

Each product will have a specified shelf life. this will be within the product description.

How can I place an order?

You can place an order by emailing me on paulinesbakesnewport@outlook.com or by messaging me on Instagram.

Can I collect the goods?

Collection is possible. Delivery available for a fee depending on location.

Where do you deliver?

Newport South Wales and surrounding areas (Cardiff East, Cwmbran, Magor) - please contact me and we can discuss delivery.

When can I collect my goods / get my goods delivered

At present, collections and deliveries are available Fridays and Saturdays - morning only.

What is the cut off date for an order to be delivered on Saturday of that week?

Payment needs to be received by 5pm on the Wednesday before collection or delivery

Payments for orders made via Instagram or my website will be taken via Square and a link will be send by text to carry out the payment.
